House Rules For Racing Participants

NYRA requires all Racing Participants and HISA Covered Persons to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the New York State Gaming Commission (NYSGC), the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA) and the Horseracing Integrity and Welfare Unit (HIWU), and by NYRA, including its House Rules or any other official NYRA publication.
