Belmont Stakes General Admission tickets available “At the Gate”

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) today reminded fans planning to attend the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival at Saratoga Race Course that General Admission tickets for Belmont Stakes Day on Saturday, June 6, will be available for purchase at the gate upon arrival.

This year marks the final running of the Belmont Stakes at Saratoga before the third jewel of the Triple Crown returns to a new and re-imagined Belmont Park in 2027.

General Admission tickets will be sold at the admission gates on the day of the event for $75, the same price offered online at BelmontStakes.com.

General Admission provides fans with access to the backyard, where hundreds of complimentary picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis, as well as to many popular areas throughout the venue, including the apron for close-up views of the racing action.

Fans bringing coolers must ensure all ice is contained inside sealed bags upon arrival at the admission gates. Designated cooler inspection lanes will be set up at Gate B (Union and East Avenue) and Gate C (Nelson Avenue). All fans with coolers must enter through either gate. Consistent with prior years, fans will be permitted non-alcoholic beverages and food within personal-sized coolers measuring 12”x18” on Thursday, June 4; Friday, June 5; and Belmont Stakes Day, Saturday, June 6.

General Admission tickets may be purchased at Saratoga Race Course during all five days of the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival:

• Wednesday, June 3: $10 General Admission. Gates open at 11 a.m. with first post at 12:35 p.m.
• Thursday, June 4: $10 General Admission. Gates open at 11 a.m. with first post at 12:35 p.m.
• Friday, June 5: $30 General Admission and includes a Belmont Stakes collectible felt pennant featuring the official 2026 Belmont Stakes logo, available with paid admission while supplies last. Gates open at 10 a.m. with first post at 11:45 a.m.
• Saturday, June 6 (Belmont Stakes Day): $75 General Admission; $20 for children ages 4-12. Gates open at 9 a.m. with first post at 11 a.m.
• Sunday, June 7: $10 General Admission. Gates open at 11 a.m. with first post at 12:35 p.m.

Fans may also purchase a special three-day General Admission pass exclusively at Stewart’s Shops for $99. The pass provides admission Thursday through Saturday of the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival, including Belmont Stakes Day, and is available at more than 175 participating Stewart’s Shops locations.
