The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) announced today a long-term partnership with Boldyn Networks, naming them the Official Connectivity Partner of Belmont Park. The partnership includes entitlement of the new and recently announced Belmont Park mobile app and highlights Boldyn’s role in delivering advanced connectivity infrastructure throughout the venue.

Designed to handle the high-density demands of race-day crowds, media, gaming operations, and year-round events, Boldyn's network will provide improved operational efficiency, and future-ready capacity as Belmont Park evolves into a premier sports and entertainment destination. A centerpiece of the partnership will be Boldyn Networks’ entitlement of the new Belmont Park mobile app, which will serve as an important digital touchpoint for fans navigating and experiencing the property.

The Belmont Park app offers users a central fan engagement hub for convenient ticket management, up-to-the-minute race-day information, event news and real-time alerts. In addition, the app will include the most updated venue maps as well as helpful information regarding guest services and hospitality offerings. The app is available now in the App Store and Google Play.

Boldyn's overall scope includes a comprehensive Converged Network Services (CNS), Wi-Fi and Distributed Antenna System (DAS) deployment across the entire campus, for grandstand and infield activations. Built on more than 130 network switches and 230 access points, it supports over 1,500 wired devices alongside reliable high-density wireless coverage for fans. Together, these systems power everything from ticket scanners and point-of-sale to IPTV, phone, audio, video, production and broadcast, delivering a modern, world-class fan experience at one of America's most iconic racing venues.

“The new Belmont Park represents a transformational moment for thoroughbred racing in New York, and we are proud to welcome Boldyn Networks as a Founding Partner,” said Shawn Noble, SVP & CIO, NYRA. “Technology and connectivity will play an important role in how fans experience this extraordinary new venue, and Boldyn shares our vision for creating a world-class destination worthy of the Belmont Stakes and the premier events in racing.”

“We’re proud to partner with NYRA and the Belmont Park redevelopment team,” said Jason Caliento, Chief Commercial Officer for Boldyn Networks, US. “This project showcases Boldyn’s ability to deliver a powerful, Converged Network System for the most reliable wireless connectivity. Boldyn led the network design in coordination with multiple stakeholders, construction teams, partners, and project workstreams, all while meeting an ambitious reopening timeline.”

“Whether it’s race-day crowds or everyday back-of-house operations, our network will ensure Belmont Park is ready for the next generation of fans and experiences,” he continued “This deployment adds to Boldyn’s growing portfolio of venue partnerships across North America, including major racetracks, stadiums, convention centers, entertainment venues, real estate spaces, and mixed-use districts.”

Following a three-year project to transform Belmont Park into a world-class sports and entertainment destination, NYRA will celebrate a new era on Friday, September 18, with a live racing program anchored by the Grade 1, $1 million Jockey Club Gold Cup.

To celebrate the beginning of a new era for thoroughbred racing in New York, multi-Platinum entertainer Dierks Bentley will perform live at Belmont Park on September 18 and be featured during the Belmont Park: Return to Racing telecast airing on FOX from 3-4:30 p.m. ET.
